I am a counselling psychologist – currently living and practising in Berlin (Germany). I offer individual counselling to adults in-person and online. I have lived in three countries (and six cities) over the last ten years, and have experienced change and the challenges associated with it from close quarters. Through the span of my career, I have worked in a variety of settings and have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse socio-cultural and ethnic backgrounds. These varied experiences inform my practice as a counsellor.
I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from person centred therapy. I also blend elements of expressive art, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness and narrative therapy, based on individual needs.
